The Great Taste Awards are known for their strict judging. Products are blind-tasted by over 500 culinary experts including chefs, buyers, food writers and retailers who judge solely on taste, ensuring only truly delicious and innovative products win.

Praised by the judges: This product has a natural, vibrant appearance with bright golden colour that is instantly appealing. They have the stereotypical texture of plum tomatoes but a complex multi-faceted flavour full of sweetness, umami, a great level of fresh acidity, making for a flavour that is long on the palate. A great example of a quality ingredient that has been allowed to shine, and we felt could have a wide variety of uses.

Coppola Yellow Peeled Plum Tomatoes, sourced from sun-kissed Southern Italy, are crafted with the finest yellow plum varieties. Carefully harvested at peak ripeness (August-September), they're steam-peeled and packed in their own juice, preserving their vibrant aroma and natural sweetness. Rich in carotene, these less-acidic tomatoes are perfect for elevating fish dishes, delicate recipes, and even pair well with pasta, bitter vegetables, or spicy foods.
