The Great Taste Awards are known for their strict judging. Products are blind-tasted by over 500 culinary experts including chefs, buyers, food writers and retailers who judge solely on taste, ensuring only truly delicious and innovative products win.

This pasta is shaped through bronze dies, slow-dried and lightly toasted, our Fregula Sarda is a special variety of Sardinian pasta with a nutty flavour and distinctive golden hue. Known as Arabic couscous, fregula was introduced to Sardinia by explorers from North Africa and became part of the local cuisine.
