COPPOLA SICILIANA SAUCE WINS 1-STAR AT GTA 2018

GREAT TASTE AWARD 2018

Great Taste, the world’s most coveted food awards, which celebrates the very best in food and drink, has announced the Great Taste stars of 2018. Coppola Foods, a fourth generation Italian food family company from Salerno, in the South of Italy, was awarded a 1-star at Great Taste Award, for its Coppola Siciliana Sauce - No sugar added.

Judges have found pointed out that Coppola Siciliana sauce has a “Rich fresh red colour, and good looking consistency with generous tomato which is bursting with flavour, with an earthy edge” and also ”The sugar free credentials were surprising with the delicious flavour, and appreciated.”…”A glossy appearance, bright and natural colour. A good, home-made looking consistency. A very pleasant sauce, good balance of flavour, not too sweet or acidic, notes of aubergine are present.”
